Holiday Policies
During peak times and holidays, we require:
- A deposit equaling one night of boarding
- If you need to cancel a reservation, we kindly ask that you cancel in the portal at least 5 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
What to bring?
Please send your dog with the usual food and medications they normally receive at home.
We also welcome comfort items such as a bed, blankets, a favorite stuffed animal or something that smells like home.
Please AVOID bringing: bowls (we have plenty of those), rawhide bones and any other hard chew-treats.
What’s included?
- Boarding includes 24/7 staffed, overnight care for your dog. Our loving staff is here to make sure your dog is always comfortable, safe and having fun during their stay.
- Dogs are crated only during meals, nap breaks, and bedtime, while the rest of their stay is filled with play and personalized care from our staff.
- On the day of arrival, boarding includes a full day of daycare in our indoor/outdoor play-areas, where your dog can enjoy lots of supervised fun with other dogs.
- On the pickup day, pups are welcome to stay until we close for the night for only $38 extra. If you would like to avoid this fee, you will need to pick up your pooch by 11:30am. (But we remain closed everyday between 12-2pm)

Q: What are the requirements for daycare and boarding?
Dogs must be registered on our online portal, well-socialized, up-to-date on Bordetella, Distemper & Rabies, and spayed/neutered after 6 months. A temperament test via a free daycare trial is required.
Q: How old does my puppy need to be?
At least 3 months, with initial rounds of vaccinations completed.
Q: Why spay/neuter at 6 months?
For the safety of our open-play environment, breeding cannot be permitted.
