  • There is a 10% discount for two dogs in the same family, residing in the same household.

  • All daycare passes expire 90 days from purchase.

    *A commitment of at least two days per week is required in order to purchase the 20-day pass.


IMPORTANT INFO:

  • Daycare dogs are only crated during our lunch break/naptime. Otherwise they are out playing and having fun in their designated playgroup (large dog or small dog), with frequent hangouts in our big, outdoor, open-air yard. Experienced, loving staff are on site 24/7, 365 days a year!

  • Registering on our online portal, current vaccinations, and a temperament test (via the free daycare trial) are required prior to acceptance in daycare. Dogs must be spayed or neutered after 6 months of age.

  • All multiple-dog discounts apply only to those in the same family, residing in the same household.

  • Weekday daycare requires a commitment to at least one designated day every week.

  • Saturday and Sunday daycare requires just a reservation (but no schedule commitment).

  • If we do not see you on one of your committed days, you will still be charged for that day, as we are holding a spot for your dog and staffing is based specifically on the dogs that have reservations. (There is an exception for “missed” days, as described below.)

  • You are allowed one “missed” day per calendar month without being charged. After you have used your one “missed” day, you will be charged for any additional missed days. There is no rollover on missed days.

  • Weekly schedules renew automatically at the beginning of each month. In other words, once you set your schedule, you are guaranteed your chosen day(s) on a monthly basis, and we will assume that you’ll continue to bring your dog in on your chosen day(s) from month-to-month until we hear otherwise.

  • You may also request 1-2 “day changes” per calendar month. We will accommodate your request if possible, but we cannot guarantee a day change. Day changes must be requested two days in advance. Also please note we can only accommodate switches that are within the same calendar week!

  • Excessive missed days/day change requests may result in the loss of your spot for daycare, and you would be added to our waiting list.

  • You may cancel at any time and your spot will be offered to the next person on our waiting list.

  • Daycare is not offered on ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS, as we are too busy caring for our holiday boarders. In addition, there may be some days surrounding major holidays that we will be not be taking any daycare. We will let you know if one of these “closings” affects one of your regular daycare days.
